Information You Submit
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Northumberland County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the query under its separate privacy policy and terms.
If you send an email or contact-form message, we may keep the message and its contact details long enough to reply and manage the correspondence. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless doing so is required by law or a valid legal order.
Technical Data Collected
Routine server, analytics, and advertising systems can record technical details when a page loads. Those details may include:
- the internet protocol address used for the visit;

- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent on them;
- the referring website, when one is supplied; and

Links may lead to Northumberland County Jail, the county's Open Records office, its PA SAVIN page, Pennsylvania corrections resources, court portals, federal locators, or outside search tools. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy policy and data practices apply. We do not control those separate systems.
Some advertising providers may measure activity across websites to select or assess targeted advertisements. That processing takes place through the provider's systems and rules, not through a record database operated by Northumberland County Released Inmates.
Parties Receiving Data
We do not sell personal information. Information may still pass to limited parties that perform a site function or have valid legal authority, including:
- search partners that receive and process submitted queries;
- analytics providers that measure site use;
- advertising networks that deliver or assess advertisements; and
- law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order.

These requests concern information held by this private site. Pennsylvania government records are controlled by the agency that maintains them under the Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, judicial access rules, CHRIA, and other applicable law.
